Hello I was born with only 6 adult teeth on the bottom.  The six front teeth on the bottom are all baby teeth.  I am thirty years old and I have recently lost the first one however another is now loose.  This has always made me very self concious because they very much look like baby teeth.  It makes it hard to chew and bite things off.  Several dentist have told me the only real good way to fix them is by getting tooth implants.  They all said that due to it being such a large gap that a bridge or a partial would eventialy damage and potentialy ruin the good teeth I have down there.  I don't want to ruin the good teeth I have, because even on the top I was not born with a full set of adult teeth.  The problem is the high cost of this. If any one out there could help me that would be so awesome.  Bless you.
